Every pad uses 100% organic cotton for the top sheet and a core of plant-based Roselle fibre, which is naturally highly absorbent. There are no plastics, no toxins, no harsh chemicals, and 0% fragrances or dyes anywhere in the product.

Both use the identical plant-based core and the same 3X Fresh System. XL (₹79 per six-pack) suits regular to medium flow and daytime wear. Each six-pack contains 6 sanitary pads and 2 panty liners, so you're covered from your heaviest day through to the light final days of your cycle.

Yes. Because the pad is built from cotton and plant fibre rather than plastic, it breaks down naturally. Please do not flush pads down the toilet. Wrap the used pad and dispose of it with normal household waste.

Best before 3 years from the packing date, which is printed on every box. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Remove the backing strip paper and position the liner onto your underwear, then press it down firmly so it stays put. Change every 4–6 hours, or more often on heavy days.
